I received payment from a company in USA compensating me for the sale of products and services i helped them with, the payment arrived in mono bank and i was sent a message on viber that i should provide agreement and document for the payment which i sent immediately. Since then i have been calling and all operators tell me they would get back to me now its 6 days and there is no result. Do you intend to steal my money?

It's 3 weeks now that my money has not been released or sent back as agreed by mono bank specialist, the sender's bank requested for the money back but mono bank declined to release the money back to the sender. I called everyday and the specialist told me on the 27th of june everything would be resolved. Nothing has been done till now and i find it difficult to understand how their bank operates like this. I am waiting to hear from them again today as i have called and they said they would get back to me soon.
